Art that
brings you
back to yourself

"You were not meant to run on fumes.
Come, sit with me and let's tend to your cup."

A space for women who have been praised their whole lives for how much they give — and have quietly begun to suspect something about that isn't right.

Apeksha Darbari, artist and therapeutic arts practitioner
The Artist

I was the woman
who carried too much

Fifteen years in tech. A diagnosis that finally explained everything. A paint date with a close friend that cracked something open — a portal where there used to be a wall.

My life is to honour my nature,
To relish the fruit from my tree,
For that is all I have to offer,
To always be more of me.

I'm Apeksha — abstract acrylic pour artist, certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, and the person building spaces where women stop performing and start making something with their hands.
