"You were not meant to run on fumes.
Come, sit with me and let's tend to your cup."
A space for women who have been praised their whole lives for how much they give — and have quietly begun to suspect something about that isn't right.
The cost of building a life we did not intentionally choose is steeper than we let ourselves believe. A life lacking the space to breathe, the bandwidth to process, or the safety to be. The life that led me to burning out and a late neurodivergent diagnosis that made me see why. That is when I decided, I am not going to start a new chapter. I will rewrite the whole book.
I'm Apeksha — an abstract artist, a certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, and many other things but primarily, the woman building spaces where women stop performing and start being. A safe space for the woman who is the safe space for everyone else but has no one who is hers. I'm building a community where she can tap into her body and out of her mind into the present moment by creating art around others like her. I'm creating what I needed (and still do).
Online workshops for women who need a room where nothing is required except showing up. No art experience needed. No performance. Just presence, paint, and each other.
A single 90-minute session to experience the space. A landing meditation, a gentle making prompt, and a sharing circle. Come as you are.
