Therapeutic Arts Workshops

Refill Your Cup

A room where you get to exist as you are. Where your hands make something with no expectation, no brief, and no right answer. Where the only instruction is to allow your body to take over and be.

What women say

From the room

"Apeksha's workshop was an absolute gift in an otherwise very difficult week for me. I came into the workshop feeling emotionally, mentally and physically drained. Apeksha has a very calm and grounding energy which immediately made me feel safe, and supported me in remaining fully present throughout our session (not an easy task after an intense day of work). It was a moment of peace and healing that I am very grateful for!"

Natalie P.

"Apeksha has a gift. She can make you think deeply and relax at the same time."

Kim A.

"Apeksha is a very skilled, calm and empathetic therapeutic arts practitioner. Her workshops provide a safe space for exploring art and looking deeper inside ourselves. In just a short time I felt connected to the other women in the workshop. The art making was fun and insightful and the sharing was authentic. Thank you Apeksha!"

Talya

"This workshop was incredible. Apeksha has a way with words that really reels you into what the true essence of what the workshop is meant to achieve. I would recommend this to all women that want to explore their creative side in a safe and thought-provoking environment."

Anonymous

"This was a lovely offering and just the type of thing I think many people would find comfort in right now."

Aurelia K.

What to expect

A session that feels
like permission

No art experience needed. No right way to show up. You make alongside me, camera on or off, sharing only what you want to share.

The space is small and intentional — never more than 7–8 women in a group, or you're welcome to book a private 1:1 session if you're not ready for a group. You will be met where you are. You will be witnessed and supported, not instructed or evaluated.

  • 01

    Landing meditation

A short guided moment to leave the day behind and arrive in your body.

  • 02

    The warm-up

A gentle reframe to ease into making mode. A little of what the science says about creativity and the nervous system.

  • 03

    The making

A prompt to create. A personal and shared creative moment.

  • 04

    Sharing circle

Always an invitation, never an expectation. You share only if you feel called to. Your presence is all that is needed.

  • 05

    Soft close

Not what did you make but what did you notice. A quiet moment to transition back out and leave when you're ready.

Preview sessions are to help you make an informed decision before committing to a 6-week program. If you decide to do the series after a preview session, your entire preview session cost counts towards the program. I decided to offer this as a no brainer for you to test before you invest, not add one more decision for you to ponder on.
