Therapeutic Arts Workshops

Refill Your Cup

A room built for the woman who has been the strong one for everyone else. Here there is nothing to hold, nothing to perform, and nothing you have to be good at. You make something with your hands, and something inside you gets to set itself down.

What women say

From the room

"Apeksha's workshop was an absolute gift in an otherwise very difficult week for me. I came into the workshop feeling emotionally, mentally and physically drained. Apeksha has a very calm and grounding energy which immediately made me feel safe, and supported me in remaining fully present throughout our session (not an easy task after an intense day of work). It was a moment of peace and healing that I am very grateful for!"

Natalie P.

"Apeksha has a gift. She can make you think deeply and relax at the same time."

Kim A.

"Apeksha is a very skilled, calm and empathetic therapeutic arts practitioner. Her workshops provide a safe space for exploring art and looking deeper inside ourselves. In just a short time I felt connected to the other women in the workshop. The art making was fun and insightful and the sharing was authentic. Thank you Apeksha!"

Talya

"This workshop was incredible. Apeksha has a way with words that really reels you into what the true essence of what the workshop is meant to achieve. I would recommend this to all women that want to explore their creative side in a safe and thought-provoking environment."

Anonymous

"This was a lovely offering and just the type of thing I think many people would find comfort in right now."

Aurelia K.

What to expect

A session that feels
like permission

Every part of this is paced on purpose. Nothing is rushed, and the slack in the schedule is not an accident — it's the design. Your nervous system can't soften on a clock.

No art experience needed. The space is small and intentional — never more than 7–8 women in a group, or you're welcome to book a private 1:1 session if you're not ready for a group. You will be met where you are. You will be witnessed and supported, not instructed or evaluated.

  • 01

    Arrival + stretching · 8–10 min

We start by landing in the body. A little movement, a little stretch, no pressure to arrive as anything in particular. You don't have to be ready. You just have to be here.

  • 02

Meditation · under 10 min, unhurried

A short settling. Long enough to drop below the noise, never so long it becomes another thing to get right.

  • 03

    The reframe · 5–6 min

A gentle turn in how we're holding the making — permission over performance, sensation over outcome. This is where "I'm not creative" gets quietly put down.

  • 04

The making · 60–65 min, protected

The heart of it. Following instinct, colours, and your body, not chasing a specific result. The moment where creativity flows in safety.

  • 05

    Sharing + soft close · 10–12 min

A circle to land what moved, if you want to speak — and full permission to simply witness if you don't. We close soft, so you leave regulated, not raw.
