Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and we are unable to offer any returns/refunds at this time on original artworks. Please feel free to reach out for any doubts or clarifications before the purchase.

Having said that, of course we want you to love your artwork and be happy with your purchase so if there are any issues, please do email artshop@apekshadarbari.com and we'll be more than happy to assist. 

 

Damages & Issues

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact me at  artshop@apekshadarbari.com within 48 hours of receiving it, with pictures of the damage, so we can make it right. Once confirmed, we will work with you to reach a solution - either another original artwork in its place (free of cost, of course!) or a full refund. Please also include the following details in your email:

  • name
  • email address (used to place the order)
  • contact number
  • a brief description of the issue, and 
  • proof like pictures, tracking numbers, etc. to support your inquiry, request, or claim, if applicable


Order Not Received

If you did not receive the shipment within the given timeframe, you may choose to do the following: 

  • A tracking ID will be shared with you once your order ships to for you to track your package directly, or get in touch with the carrier.  If the tracking status is “delivered parcel” but the parcel got lost/stolen, it is your responsibility to file the claim with the carrier directly.
  • Reach out to us by sending an email to artshop@apekshadarbari.com for updates on the order status. An update shall be provided via email within 24-48 hours.


Order Cancellation or Change Request

While there's no official support to cancel an order or request a change at this time, we are happy to assist where we can within reason. If you accidentally placed an order, or want to update the shipping address after the fact, please email us ASAP at apeksha@apekshadarbari.com. We will do our best to honour requests we receive within the first 2-3 hours of placing the order but we cannot guarantee it. Either way, we'll be sure to get back to you.
