As we launch, we are currently offering shipping to Canada and US only and will be expanding to ship globally very soon.
Processing Times

Original Paintings: Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Please note: During busy seasons or for custom commissions, processing may take longer.

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and size of the artwork.
Packaging

Original artworks are carefully packaged with protective layers and acid free packaging* to prevent damage, as well as a lot of love, so you enjoy receiving your artwork and opening it!
*acid-free packaging - anything that comes in direct contact with the painting will be protected with acid-free packaging supplies.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

We will work with the carrier to resolve claims, but please note that original art is irreplaceable. In such cases, we’ll discuss possible solutions with you - (such as a replacement or a refund).

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
Q: Can I request a custom painting?
A: Yes! Commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out through our Contact Page to discuss your idea or email us at collab@apekshadarbari.com.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Absolutely. Select “Gift Wrap” at checkout or leave us a note if it’s a special occasion.
Q: How do I care for my painting?
A: Display away from direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperatures. Dust gently with a soft cloth. Admire it often.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, payment plans can be arranged for larger works. Please contact us before purchasing.
Q: Can I see the artwork in person before buying?
A: If you’re local to the Vancouver area, private viewings may be arranged. Reach out to discuss.
